This one using 'Vic' will tell you he is in the Army in Syria... has a son, Josh... and !! A WIDOW !! His wife has died. 

There are also videos here too... all fake. All of these pictures of Vic are old ones.. AND EVERYTHING WITH HIS PICTURE IS FAKE.

To me , he is 48 years old, also living in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. He said he is a colonel doctor who is leading the medical control in Kabul. His wife and son died in the accident. In two weeks he will come to Vietnam to open a hospital.

He has just contact me via skype with the same pic and story



Much thanks for these reviews, he has just contacted me via skype and I felt there are something strange about this person... he started the story of his life like what you guys said: a doctor, wife passed away due to car accident, want to open a Hospital in VN...he uses the name - James Wanters with these Skype ID: jameswalters0022 & Doctor j w. for your reference all!


To me , he is James Walters,47 years old, also living in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. He said he is a colonel doctor who is leading the medical control in Kabul. His wife died in the accident five years ago when she was pregnant. In two weeks he will come to Vietnam to open a hospital. He uses Skype as "j w" & "live: drwaltersj ". I just believed in him. But i found that he is scammer when he asked me to support amount money of 8000$ to receive his package. And when i tracked his package's delivery via website: http://lapex.zeegos.online/lapex/en/index.html , this delivery has 2 track codes for sending to 2 different women.



To me, he is Scott Kevin (Skype: scottkevin979), a colonel in united state Army, who is serving in Syria on a peace keeping mission, a single dad, he lost his wife a few year ago.

      He can't be traced and even if he could nothing could be done. These are Nigerian or Ghana scammers using the stolen pictures of a man who has been used for years.
      They do nothing.. what has he done?? Pretended to be someone else and even if they get money.. they ask women to send and women send.. it isn't even a crime there in most cases. Unless it is a very large extortion scam.
      Nothing happens... do you know how scamming will stop? When they get no response.. and no money. When their laptops and phones are silent.
      We are a long way from that. Africa won't stop it's scammers.. but we should.

    I have had similar experience but with a photo of diff man. He asked me for money but when I reported to facebook they were not interested. He went by the name og RICE EUGENE. I have found an album of his pictures on a similar site to yours. He speaks with what seemed to be a Jamaican accent.

His wife died in the accident five years ago. is an orphan growing up in a nursery and in two weeks he will come to Vietnam to open a hospital.       There must be 50,000 Doctors working in Kabul and ALL are contacting women !! You know he is fake.. then please help us by blocking him now.

      Another Doctor in Kabul.. there are almost most Doctors sending packages home than people being treated in the hospitals !
      These fake websites are common and are just from free to make hosts.
      I am so glad you found out he was fake... thank you for telling me.

      Oh thanks for sharing! This James sent me a friend request a few weeks ago and keeps saying "Hi" until now. I just blocked him and reported scam to skype. Hope there will be soon a way to stop this scammer!!

      The way to stop this scammer is getting nobody to talk to him. Africa loves it's scammers... and no they don't stop. BUT.. they should never even get accepted.

    He used name live:scottkevin797. After some days chat with me he said that he wanted to send me a box, which he put medals and private documents. I refused to receive this box so then he didn't chat with me anymore!

    To me, he used live:scottkevin979. He has son: 13 years old. He is 48 ages, his wife died. He din't like his relative. He wanted to send me a box which input his medals and documents. After i refused to receive his box, he said thanks and he din't want to chat with me anymore.

      I would love to know who he is. I know he will know because all of the men that have been used for so long do know.
      I would like him to know we care and do what we can to report and get rid of what we can and warn.
      Such a shame he looks a lovely man, and scammers are low life scum.

    James P Logan to us he s already received large amounts of money from my mother in law about 20000 euro, he is a hacker also, I have his real name EJENAVI ONORIODE SIMEON from Nigeria city Sapele. We ve managed to block him out of facebook but is using Hangouts from google. So be carefull to whom you talk, I think it is not a single person because she talks to him day and night, so probably it is an organization.

      All profiles are teams . They scam around the world to they work in shifts.
      Never be on hangouts. It's the worst place for them. It's a den of scammers and those being scammed.
      Nobody needs to send money to anyone they have never met.. it's sad that criminals gain because women send. It's not a crime.. they ask and women voluntarily and happily pay. It has to stop.

    There is no 'he' there are THEY.. hundreds of thousands of Africans scamming using stolen pictures.
    We try to warn. to say Hangouts is the worst place online for them and show the pictures scammers are using because they don't get caught. Nigeria loves it's scammers ! thanks for the email address used and I hope, one day, we succeed in women seeing what we have across the internet and learn !
