Here is a new name associated with "Robin Rand" carven.hote@gmail.com, this guy is supposedly the contact in Canada to release General Rands millions...DON'T SEND ANY MONEY OR INFO, THIS IS A SCAM, BEWARE!!!!!

You are asking the question and me and countless others ask everyday. These scams originate in Africa and sometimes the Middle East. There is no law in Nigeria that will arrest and stop this.
DeleteThe USAF, CIA, Interpol, FBI and nobody else has any jurisdiction in Africa and Africa loves it's scammers. It brings in money and they spend it.
It's an International disgrace that isn't being addressed properly at all.

Why allow 40 years of service in the USAF be discredited by scammers. Most victims are intimidated and too ashamed to come forward!
We did a big article with the HUFFINGTON POST and I did hope it would get more attention.
DeleteYes.. it needs to be on all media every day until everyone knows. Then when anyone gets a contact they know, 'oh it's those scammers again' and deletes it. Then we have hundreds of thousands sitting in Africa with blank phones and silent Chat apps.. NOW THAT IS MY DREAM !!
Now that is a very viable dream and great visual.

DeleteIt's a battle that sometimes feels as if we are shouting against the wind. However, it is getting so overwhelming that they have to take notice.
We have politicians, we have diplomats in these countries and yet we don't seem to be able to broach the delicate subject of 'a lot of your citizens are fruadsters'.. I don't understand it. However, the US Army fights for America and the world. Who fights for the US Army !! Not enough of us !
However.. as long as some do we keep it going.. it HAS to change. There are no choices in that.
Contacted again for my "information" so General Robin Rand money box can be secured as he us coming to retire in my city to buy a house with me his beloved wife.

IP address varies from New York, Netherlands, Nigerian 90% of the time.
Still attach legit "looking" personal ID and divorce certificates
As I said, he can only contact you when you accept that contact and let them.

It doesn't matter what IP address is.. he uses a proxy IP probably and will always be in Nigeria. Playing helps them. They never get nothing.
Do every woman a favour and block him for good.
