Targeting older women he will tell them that he is in Syria at the moment but is from Louisiana.

Victims will say that he has a definite accent.. although unsure as to what it is.. but he is not a native US accent. It is possible it is an Arabic accent.

Middle East does have it's scammers. These are terrorist fundraisers and their money goes straight into supporting global terrorism.. where do you want your money to go this Christmas.
