I was contacted on Instagram by a man going by the name of Jon Manson. We carried on a conversation for over 2 months; over Instagram / phone and email. Also wanted me to go on Hangouts but I refused. Very sweet and considerate; but poor grammar and thick accent. Never asked for money; said he had several million dollars and wanted to buy me a new car. Sounded genuine except for a few red flags. I always do research on men I meet on line, but was unable to find any info on him. Realized all personal info is hidden when they use Hangouts; including email, phone# and IP address. After running into your website, and doing some investigation I found several pictures of him. The real person is the one currently at the very top of this page, claiming to be Scoth Williams. I did provide him copies of the scammed pictures as he couldn't understand why I was so skeptical. I did give him an out; saying that either the scammer stole his pictures or he was using the same pics as the scammer. I asked him to explain, but I haven't heard from him since. I reported his profile as spam. Should I be reporting as inappropriate?

Deletewe will add it to our report list to IG tomorrow and they will remove it. Funny how they are always millionaires !!!
jonmanson2017 is still on Instagram! His 'following' and 'followers' have increased which means he is still active. How long does it take to remove these profiles?
Deleteas long as it takes.. I'm sorry, we put them in we don't delete them. Instagram deletes. They should be gone by Thursday night... well, I hope so.
