He doesn’t want to eat the local food because on his last deployment to Afghanistan, he got sick and went into a coma.

THEN HIS PHONE BREAKS AND HE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT TEXTING YOU ! 🤣🤣But don't worry about him, he manages as his phone is only a little bit broken !
