A friend is being scammed by someone (using this guy's photos) using the name Colen Dawe on Facebook. She hasn't sent any money that I know of, but same story... From Scotland, 2nd Lieutenant, stationed in Yemen... just turned 50, has a daughter... now he's supposedly injured in the Military hospital in Yemen. (Guess he realized she isn't going to send him money so he's disappearing?) Ugh.

The person on the photo, tagged as HotchkissKennethnike, pretending to be an Andrew Scout, a lieutenant general in the US Army under the peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan, tried to get money from me, allegedly to obtain his documents for his retirement from his previous jobsites.Thank God, I was not trapped by him. He now just disappeared....

I spoke to him today, under the name of Charles Henry Felix. After almost a month talking to us today, he mentioned about wanting to leave before the mission because he missed his daughter and his mother very much, but for that he would have to pay a fine. and I would not be able to do the same without access to values. He asked me to do it for love and so we would meet as soon as possible! When he said that, I started searching by name and photos he sent me and I found everything !! I met him on Instagram! ����♀️

DeleteI have not seen him used for a long time. From Scotland ! In the US Army ! There would never be any need for any money for anyone in the military for medical expenses.

They're still contacting her - and she is angry at us for telling her it's a scam. :( She believes this guy is injured - and is desperate to get back. I don't think he has asked for money - yet, but it sure seems it's leading that way. If you notice the public likes on "his" facebook page, they appear to be based around Russia and Peru. (not what I would expect to see on a US Military man - from Scotland's profile - major red flags)
