HIS PARENTS ARE DEAD SO *YOU* ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN SEND HIM CASH.

HE IS IN SUCH PAIN... THE DOCTOR'S BILL IS $1350, HE NEEDS A PHONE FOR $750 BUT HE HAS 0$ WITH HIM !!

I was lied to as well. His parents are dead and so is his wife. He's currently working in Dubai. His name he gave is Richard James Davies. He said he was half Puerto Rican and half Portuguese.

      They love to be international, it's a good pointer to them being fake. Just don't talk to people you do not know. Chatting to strangers has gone now with scammers. Any that contact you will be fake.
