he is now called Abraham Wilson ford, lives in Egypt, is a doctor of the American Navy. dead parents, single son ... asking me for money to pay for your clearance ...says that life is bad, that it can not stand it anymore ...He showed me a passport that I found strange...fake forgery...it was a lot of love for me...promised to give me the world, I found it very strange...he is in the Tinder.I am not a needy person ... if I were I would certainly have fallen in this blow...

I was scammed by the same photos but his name is Bradley Ford. He claims that he is a bridge engineer living in Dallas but currently working in London. He hasn't asked me for money yet but I'm glad I found this page. I met him on Surge, the gay dating app. He spoke well except for a few grammar issues but I just thought that was due to typing mistakes. He is very sweet, almost too sweet. Fell in love instantly but there was always something in the back of my head that said, this can't be real. I decided to Google image search one of his photos and found the same one all over UK dating sites. I dug deeper and found him out. Now that I know, I'm going to play this poor fuck until it gets old!

    1. Just do one thing for me... play don't play for real. Because they learn by every chat. So.. give him some false information, some silly details that an engineer might do, say some words wrong, nothing that can improve his English.
They are targeting gay sites now and it's madness, nowhere is safe from them.. and all for greed !!
Play and uneducate !!! Work on those grammar issues and make them worse. I always say scammers never get nothing... let him get more than he bargained for here !!

And... I love it when people search and find. !! Thank you for telling me.

    3. Hi
I am a Bulgarian living in Istanbul.
The community program we use is "InterNations".
I met Clay Ford here. And I'm still writing.
He did not want anything yet.
I suspected that he did not turn on the camera on Skype.
I have interrogated and reached you.

    4. I think I’m being scammed to found this guy on TikTok with the same pictures name is Alex Ford. Says originally from Italy but move to Michigan. Didn’t think anything bad till he asked for money today and the second day talking to him

    5. The originally from Europe is a sad excuse for his non American accent, they think it excuses an African accent... it doesn't ! You are in a scam and also... TikTok is the worst place for scammers. Please don't accept stranger follow requests! ....... Ruth, ScamHaters United

  2. There's been an interesting turn of events in regards to Bradley Ford. He finally did ask me for an iTunes gift card. I was asked within moments of posting the above, actually. He requested 4 $50 cards from Walmart. I asked for a website because I didn't want to leave my house. I was hoping he'd send me to apple.com but instead showed me a rather sketchy site where you can buy all kinds of different cards. I pretended to make a purchase online. Then, I claimed my card wouldn't work. Then I said I was planning a trip later to Walmart that afternoon. I was surprised that he insisted I get them now. So I said I'd get him one at the 7eleven down the street.

I walked my dog around the block and then came back and sent him a photo of an iTunes card i found online. He said he'd check to see if it was good, which it wasn't. Then he asked me for a clearer picture of the card, at which time I gave him a screen shot of THIS page with, "Who Are You?" scribbled over the top of it. He said Oh, someone is using my profile. Then I sent him a link to the Doc Fit page, called him an evil human being and ended with, "Good luck with your scamming career or whatever. i'm sure it's worthwhile. otherwise, why would you do it?"

Things changed from here. Some time had passed and I surely thought I'd never hear from him again. After an hour he said, "Would you help me if I told you why?" I was intrigued. "Are you really a good person like you say you are?" he asked. He then proceeded to go into this story about how he is not from the US and that life is very hard where he is from. He apologised profusely for scamming me and others. I told him it hurts the most because it's emotional and it seemed he felt remorse. He says he doesn't want to do this stuff but he has to in order to survive. He said, "And truly from the way I have interacted with you... I really got to know you. You have a good heart. You're just you and simple."

    1. hahahahaha.. Oh the old 'my life is so bad here we are starving I have to try this' story. Of course he has never done it before and he will never do it again. He has a phone, and probably a laptop, they tend to scam from a laptop. He has wifi access, which is expensive there, or he is buying time in an internet cafe.
There is about as much remorse there as there was when he was telling you he loved you... please don't fall for it.
He knew the scam as it was was over. This is just a very common way of extending it. They can't string two truths together !

  3. Then he sent me a picture of himself. Now, remember I still don't believe anything he's saying and still, I take everything he says with a grain of salt. He gave me his name and told me he has 5 brothers and sisters. They all live in a poor area of Nigeria. He is educated as they teach English as their primary language and they have many other local dialects they speak. He spoke of the vast government corruption and those making illegal money as the ones on top. He says he's working towards a better life, saving his money so he can leave. He said I could help him with that.

So finally, he let me know what it was that he needed. He wants a visa to come to the states. He said that they cost about 2.5M Naira which is about $7000 US. I asked him how much of that he has saved so far. He replied, 120,000. He said 2.5M is a huge sum of money for the people in his country and they are considered rich by their standards. Of course, I don't have $7000 but because I help people by nature, I agreed to help him in other ways. I explained how I'm not rich. I don't have much extra money laying around and I work very hard for everything I have.

See, I started to sympathize with the guy. My parents are Filipino. They joined the US military in the Phillippines before I was born and effectivly spared me from a life in the barrios of Manila. It is very corrupt and poor in the Philippines. I can imagine being stuck in a place and the feeling of being trapped. So, instead of continuing to shame him for what he was doing, I wanted to encourage him to do better. I said that he needs a computer because he can do more GOOD with that. I could teach him a skill that he can sell internationally and that he wouldn't have to scam people anymore. Save that money!

So at the end of the day, we became friends. We talked about how he's not going to do this scammy thing anymore. He believes in karma and that he knows this'll come back to him eventually. We talked about video games. We talked about his religion. I talked about how it might not be a good idea to try to immigrate to this country right now. As a young, Black man, there are difficulties here that he might not be prepared for. He just seemed like a regular guy. I then told him that I don't think he's an evil person anymore and that I forgive him.

We began the exchange as victim and scammer but I think we ended it as friends. He said that I am welcome to message him anytime and I said the same. He asked, "Jason, how did you find me?" I said that I Google image searched one of Bradleys photos and found multiple sites with that photo, including THIS site. He said, that's the smartest way he's been caught and part of the reason he wanted to be friends. Then I left him with this advice. Don't immediately believe everything you're told. Question everything. If something seems off, it is and you have to find out why. Then he left me with this: Get off Surge and all those other dating apps and find one with more security. Like Match.com. Those other places are saturated with scammers. I said thank you and that's the best advice he's ever given me!

Other Scam related things we discussed: The iTunes gift card is only used to flip for money. Most of the time, at a lower value. He is also not the only scammer using these photos of Clay Ford. He said he was given the login information by a friend. These guys are young, in their early 20's. English is their primary language. He does all of this from a mobile device. He does not have a computer. He says that it is very time consuming, sometimes chatting overnight and staying up for days. He does this because he doesn't want to get into the harder stuff like killing and pillaging like the other young men do.

    1. The going rate for iTunes cards at the moment is $200 for every $10 credit.
He is really playing you.. hook line and sinker.

HE IS LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH AT YOU AND YOU ARE TAKING ALL OF THIS IN. Just like when it was love and romance.

The ALL have the same sob cock and bull story. He won't be getting any Visa... why should he give up a life of scamming to go anywhere.

These guys are all ages. Yes some are young, very young. Most have a 'boss' and a lot pay to Boko Haram who fund raise this way.

I'm sorry.. killing and pillaging.. the only killing he has done is in any small scrap of faith I ever had left that this may one day stop.

The only way it will is when people stop talking to them and don't give in to their sob stories and send them money.

That's not going to happen any time soon, because if they don't get you with the first story, they will get you with the second.

If I had £1 for every time I had heard it.. I would be very rich indeed !

  4. Don't worry guys. I'm staying very vigilant and remaining aware of the information I give him. I will remain friends with him until he does something that advises otherwise. Thank you for the good advice! I just want everyone else to know my experience so they can learn from it!

    1. He does not deserve your friendship. This experience I know you think you are the only one that has had this. You aren't. It is standard scam.
He is still playing you are you are letting him.
I hope nobody learns that it is ok to be 'friends' with a scammer who wants more from you.

  6. I am glad you didn't... and if he is in the Navy, whether he likes it or not, he is there and there is not ONE Doctor who would ask a woman to buy him out !
NOBODY that contacts you and says they are military are ever real. They are not allowed to do it and they don't do it.
    Thanks for the information

    1. I did print his fake passport, the bank account number he asked for the deposit to be made ... and print of a supposed account he has that he can not move the money online due to the security code ... if he wants to poaso send by email and you attach here ... I live in Japan, he is applying this blow here!

    2. Japan is already quite a big target for scammers and the same advice is there. NOBODY that contacts is real and don't give information and in facce, don't speak to strangers. Nobody 'cannot move money online' ! Banking is in 2019 and nobody needs women to send money.

    3. Thank you for information. Abraham Wilson Ford is still keeping scamming. He said the same story like she did. Thanks God.. i am so lucky to know this website.
