The man posing as the one in this picture contacted me as Sterling Neeves (sterlingneeves919@gmail.com). He posed as a contract-based LA oil engineer who traveled to West Africa where, of course, he encountered multiple problems. He even made phone calls. He said he was originally from Scotland, widowed, with a 14-year old daughter. He spent a full six weeks developing his back story and "trust." So glad I did an image search. He is active on Twitter and Google Hangouts.
