DeleteThey can use them from anywhere in the world yet the display comes up as the number they want.

This person tried to scam me under the name of David Mark Rogers. As soon as he asked for money, I started doing some investigating that led me to this site. It's so sad that he is tarnishing the image of what seems to be a good guy and using his image to try to get money.
