This scammer is on TWEETER with another name : DAVID WASHINGTON, from Chicago.
He pretends to be a sailor , working overseas ( INDIAN OCEAN) , for UNITED CARGO.

    he connected with me on LinkedIn pretending to have money and wanting to invest in my country. I told him to go find a decent job instead of using fake id and picture trying to sell lame scams. This is his profile on LinkedIn
