HERE WE HAVE ULRICH DE BALBIAN..AKA JOHN MONK... Obsesses with Robert Sepulveda to a dangerous and sadistic degree. Obviously a scam victim he is taking this obsession out on the real man and his partner. This has been referred to at Attorney and the FBI.. this is how things get out of hand when a scam victim can't separate reality from truth as John Monk/ Ulrich de Balbian fails to be able to do.

Please present me with your evidence as you might be making a false allegation! I have an obsessions with Sepulveda? Wrong again. I merely seek to reveal the identities of those who present/ed themselves to me as Sepulveda. That is the reason why i looked at the profile of his girlfriend. Was looking at her profile illegal? You looked at many profile, including mine.As for 'putting Robert's photos on my books' - I merely used photos of the 5 people who have been writing, phoning, video calls, phone calls to me the last 4 years and gave me written permission to use their photos - all saying they are Sepulveda. If I am mistaken about who is and who is not Sepulveda,I am being scammed and not the stalking scammer!! lols.

They are sat full in front of the camera, as you are. They can answer your questions. Their mouth moves exactly to the words being said.
A scammer's trick is to play a video on a laptop and point a phone at it. You think it's real as you see someone moving.
They claim bad reception, bad line, not clear, no sound !
