    His photo is in Talklife. I was talking to him for a year and never asked me for money but the people that he spoke with said he sounded Russian. One person said they video chat but he wouldn't show face.

      Then it was not a video chat!
      A VIDEO CALL IS ALWAYS FAKED.
      The video is played on a laptop and filmed on a phone. You see the man move and see him speak.
      There is no 'chat'. You do NOT have a conversation with him and his mouth does not go to the words in your 'chat'.
      They will say bad reception or some reason for not having a proper chat. Just seeing the man means as little as seeing him on a picture. FAKES... SCAMMER'S TRICKS

      You are NOT talking to this man. If he said he will send money will be one of 2 things.

      FAKE PACKAGE SCAM... money in a package they will send....
      You will be asked for thousands of pesos to gt this package once it is 'sent'
      THERE IS NO PACKAGE OR DELIVERY COMPANY.

      OR... they want your bank details. This sends you stolen money and you will be asked to take it and send it on..., THIS IS MONEY LAUNDERING AND YOU WILL BE ARRESTED. Your scammers... well, they just get their money.

      There are hundreds of Nigerian scammers using Rosario! PLEASE don't talk to it.
      if you see fake accounts come to the FB or Instagram page and report them to us, we can get them closed.
