All pages and videos like on the account are Ghana interest pages. so along with w Ghana name, Richard Boateng, I can think we can say we know where this scammer is. ALL likers on the pictures are Ghana so I suspect this has not been converted to scam for very long

👍ALWAYS DO A REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH. THERE IS GOOGLE, TINEYE AND ON A COMPUTER, YANDEX . .There are free APPS for phone. Paid App Pimeyes is the best and you can still see they are using it for free!
