This scam is with him in Yemen. For some very strange reason he decides to get the train to Turkey to do some business.... selling medical equipment!
Part of the scam was sending a train ticket from Sanaa to Istanbul!

There is a fake Army website

and there is a fake banking website
https://regionsflexintl.com in this scam too. Of course the bank shows he is very rich ( HE HAS $950K IN HIS DEBIT ACCOUNT) and it gets frozen! So he needs money (and Itunes cards) from his love.
They ask for money via PayPal to sandra.lena@r-online.de
to pay for the Leave from the UNITED STATES ARMY !
