His user name on Instagram was gw202030. Only had one photo (the one where George is holding the cat). Was still active yesterday. He went back to Instagram when he could not reach me on hangouts anymore. The one you are sending is probably just one of his accounts. He keeps creating new gmails for hangouts and is still trying to contact me there. He also gave me adress for sending money through Western Union (I was suppost to send it to his "son" Michael Minseh Parabe in Ghana), but I deleted everything before blocking him. I knew he was fake, but wanted to know how far he would go. Now I'm removing, reporting, blocking and logging out... Thanks again.

ReplyDeleteGuy on Google plus contacted me from Google hangout using these pictures claiming to have beem bien in OK. and deployed in Iraq for peacekeeping. His English is poor and he claimed to be a US army seargent but didn't know what I meant when I asked about his stripes and rockets.

They can Google and they learn from every scam.. so don't educate them.. or, wrongly educate them !! I am sure you could find a really good explanation of stripes and rockets for him, that would be completely wrong.

He is going by Williams Alfred of the US Army. Orginially from Ohio and currently in Kabul. Thank you, MTV's Catfish for intorducing me to the image search feature on Google and low and behold I found his photos here. I called the guy out on this and he called my mother an idiot and then deleted his account

After a while he said his name was George Matta and sent me more of those photos. Was talking bullshit all along. He said he was a stuff sergeant in US army and currently stationed in Kabul on a peace keeping mission. I checked him when he wanted money to get a leave. Told him he sent me nice photos of George Cosma. He tried to convice me he was a victim of a scam. Reported and blocked him. Thanks, you helped!

DeleteAs of Sept 20, 2019, person using these pics is calling themselves George Mills on Twitter. It has been reported. The person using these stolen pics seems to be trolling twitter groups that discuss animals in shelters, concern for animals and other such groups. He, they, uses Cozma's pic of him holding the two cats to get a foot in. Once in, the old 'hey, let's go to GoogleHangout so we can chat more easily'. Claims then to be a soldier in Afghanistan on a 'peacekeeping' mission with the name George C. Mills or George Chaven Mills, and uses more of Cozma's pics to 'seal the deal' when asking for gift cards. Is currently claiming his 'adopted son' is in Ghana with a nanny. The 'son' pic has been taken from a memorial of a dead child. This is one sick individual. When confronted they are using stolen pics, claims Cozma is the fake guy who 'stole' his pics. Oh yeah, real winner here. Twitter has been notified and with luck they will have already blocked the profile.

He is also using the name Timothy Torres from Conway Arkansas and has a son in Africa names Jeffrey. And both are asking for iTunes and Amazon cards. Timothy is Afghanistan and asks for the cards because his "boss" in the army sells the food for the soldiers and keeps the money. So he needs these cards to buy food for his hurting stomach. He also copies and pastes hallmark love poem's all the time

I met George Frank Wilson and we have talked several times he has even spoken with my very ill mother , he told her he would be there to see her Nd asked me to marry him he claimed I was the only person who believe in him and made him love again. Frank as I call him had me send him two cards one to his Son Ronald at gracekids468.yahoo.com then just recently he had me send him an apple card to save things in his cloud .it is crazy at how many hours we've spent
ReplyDeleteI was asked to friend him on facebook using the name George Martinez......he had an ID card, video (which supposedly was just taken) and a whole lot of reasons why 'he got scammed and his identity used'. when I asked for a facetime or skype, he got edgy and said he can't due to military security....I know a lot about military and thought this too good to be true. Sorry to the real person who is in these photos......
