HE IS A 'CONTRACTOR' 🤔... 
HAS A VERY STRONG SPANISH ACCENT.. and said he lived in Spain until coming to the US 5 years ago..
asks for iTunes cards and Walmart cards but no cash until ! 

😮HE IS ROBBED AND HAS EVERYTHING STOLEN.
He also uses that photoshopped picture of our man on the oil rig

I was taken in by a person named David Karl and I feel for you Jef Welch and your family
I caught on because I almost fell for his lies until I pushed too far and realized being smart about the legal law in tracked him and saw the video on u tube. I actually prayed for proof and I saw the video confirming the identification. I would love to see these low life's get caught. One name was Mable Raucht. But David Karl you can be sure your sins will find your out.

    This again is also Jef Welch- well-known motivational speaker/author. The picture I sent you of the handsome man with the striped shirt, again is Jef Welch. The only picture that is Keith C. Rooker is the man on the ship and I certainly know they look similar. I sent you the photos and the links from Jef Welch's facebook page..on the front cover are his photos...the one in the striped shirt is one of them...he has entire lengthy photo collection, which can peruse. The other shots/photos are also in there. This attractive photo, in the striped shirt, is also used/stolen on the Yandex.com and Likeyou.com websites and some are international websites..so this phot is being used all over the world.

      The pictures have been published and yes I know the pictures are used all over the world. Look at scams.. there are thousands of them used all over the world.

    He uses the name Carl Boruc and it might be his real name but using the pictures from Jef Welch, I was scammed out of a lot of money, still paying on the loans I took out.

      I was scammed by a person by the name of Davidson Hunter for a ton of money. He was on an oil rig drilling for Hess Oil. He used Jef Welch’s pictures to lure me in. He always needed money to fix the parts on the equipment on the rig and then for family issues. Beware of him if you come across him - he is a slick Scammer and will convince you he is not a scammer and is in love with you. When he gets his Hess compensation he will come home to you and marry you.

      whats funny is, im hip to his game. as i ask him questions, hes removing the picture in question, and his reply is the person in the picture is his mentor. lol hes full of come backs, he real good too. are they that dumb? i hit the search button with every strange request. or do these people think we're the dumb ones lol

      Yes and how good of you to ask him the questions he can research and learn the answers to for the net scam. How do you think a scammer learns.... by women thinking they are being clever and please... pull back and think. Please don't get me to comment on dumb. They come to you and then you help them !! really... there is no lol, just sadness because if they got silence the world would be a safer place

    I was scammed by a person named Davidson Hunter from Lake Wales, Fl for a very large sum of money. He claims he was on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico. He used Jef Welch’s pictures. He said he had a million dollar contract with Hess Oil and would pay me back when he was finished with his contract. He always needed money for repairs to the equipment and then for some family issues. Please Beware of this Scammer as he is slick and know how to manipulate and bully you into giving him money. He promises to come back from his contract and always is in love and wants to get married as soon as he finishes his contract. Anyone reading this stay away from him.

    I recently received a friend request from guy named Thamas Krause using the picture of the gentleman in the stripped shirt. I accepted and we talked very brief on messageger he was from Australia and moved here with his wife that is now deceased from cancer. They have a child together.. Blah blah blah. Im sure you heard it before. Anyways i did a reverse image search on social catfish and found the real person. Went back to Facebook and Thamas kindly deleted and blocked himself from my page. I advised Jef Welch in messenger as well. Just wanted to give you a heads up!!

      David Karl is some African criminal sat safe in West Africa stealing pictures and selecting victims to steal from. I am so glad you are out of it now... thank you for sending the information it is all very useful for others.

      I've been communicating with someone by the name Mark Wilson using Jef Welch's photos. I've sent him money and cards on wattsapp. I only recently did a reverse Google Search and am shocked to learn I've been chatting to a Scammer!
