Enter the 'Friend from Dallas' who, when you pay the fees will arrange the 'Benificiary' paperwork for you.

🚩💲 NEEDS YOU TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT FOR HIM
🚩💲 NEEDS COPIES OF YOUR ID.

The obviously do this to everyone as he sends you another woman's ID to send the money to via Western Union.
